2.79% 1 YR FIX RATE ALERT

ANZ New Zealand is now offering the lowest rate out of the 8 banks below. They are now advertising 2.79% against their 12 month special fixed rate, beating TSB New Zealand who previously had the hot rate of 2.89%.
The price war is well underway, so again lets see how the others respond!
On a local front, SBS Bank have also made changes to their fixed rates. They have now joined the other banks offering a sub 3% rate.
