36 Months Fixed

When you sign up for a 36-month fixed home loan rate with your chosen lender, that means you pay the same rate for three years (36 months).

Once that 36-month period ends, you can opt for a floating rate or another fixed term rate. Contact a mortgage broker to discuss your options.

When a 36-month fixed home loan term may suit your goals or needs

• You are budget-conscious and want consistent loan repayments for an extended period.

• You are not interested in re-fixing or reviewing your home loans within a short period of time.

• You are an investor who is looking for long term options, dependent on the rate offered. Get in touch to find out more about competitive bank lending terms.
